Today's workout wasn't as challenging as I'd thought it would be, although it was the first day (and I may be singing a different tune when I wake up tomorrow). One thing I felt was missing was more of a cool down and stretch.
I will be back for more!

Day 1 was a success. With the exception of some technical difficulties with the microphone system, it couldn't have gone any better.

The exercise program was fantastic. I felt like I really worked out. I was exhausted and my legs were like jello. I stay physically active by playing flag football and indoor soccer several days a week and was shocked at how difficult it was to perform jumping jacks for two minutes.

By the way, I fu#&@ing hate the mountain climber exercises. Keep 'em comin.

Rocco,

Great workout this morning! I'm not normally a morning exerciser but feel more awake and mentally sharp at work today. I like the variety and the tempo. The limited time between sets makes it much more difficult. The mountain climbing exercise d#@mn near killed me.

Thanks for making this available to us. And
I liked the music.

Had bootcamp this morning and it felt great to get moving. It's 4 in the afternoon and i'm not tired and I feel good. Thanks Rocco, it was a blast and I'll see you on Wednesday. One down 35 more to go and looking forward it!!

I absolutely enjoyed today's boot camp workout. Today's workout challenged my body and attitude towards exercising. I really appreciate the emphasis on timing the exercises and not focusing on the number of reps. It just reinforces that there is no cookie cutter mold for everyone. We were all encouraged to do our personal best and that building up our endurance and stamina is a progressive activity. Thanks for a great first day Rocco!

Class today was great, the soreness isn't such an issue any more (thank God?!) Why do I experience an inner chill about an hour afterward? I can't seem to pile on enough sweaters to get warm again.
