I love being part of changing your attitude towards fitness and being able to show you that consistentcy and commitment along with a great attitude are key elements to changing your mind and bodies. Thank you.

Everytime I swear my arms are going to fall off, but miraculously they stay on. Keep those loathsome exercises coming. I'm looking forward to being stronger than I've ever been.

I know im getting stronger because I'm doing more pushups before getting tired. My body is also getting used to the workout now because I am no longer sore the next day...don't get me wrong...my muscles still feel fatigued after the workout, i just don't get sore.
Okay so now that its the 5th week, i finally weighed myself and I haven't lost a single pound! Im kinda disappointed :( I thought that with all the hard work I would see some kinda weight loss. I'm almost sure its my eating habits. Rocco, what can I eat so i can start seeing some pounds go?

I have a question do you know any cheaper gyms? I wanna start lifting weights. Do you have any programs to help with weight lifting like reps, what to start out with, when to change up weights. I was thinking of finding a gym and going there on Mon, Wed, and fri nights. I need to start building more muscle. I am gonna start doing mornings at the bootcamp and nights at the gym. I just need some advice on weight lifting.

I had a great time, as usual! My current goal is to be able to do an actual push up instead of just negative push ups. Each bootcamp I try it and I can feel myself getting stronger but I'm not quite there yet.

Thanks for taking the time to get our fat asses in shape.

Rocco,

Haven't been there in a week due to a sore knee. Really miss the workout though and I feel its time to get back. I'll make it on Friday. I will be the guy doing one-legged jumping jacks!

Just finished the 5th week of boot camp and I am proud to say that I have been there since the beginning.(Im the one with the blue scarf) my moutain climbers are getting better, I can at least lift off into the position easier I used to be disappointed because I would look around and I would see everbody doing perfect mountain climbers, pushups or jumping jacks, but I realize that this program is a progression and I am proud that I continue to attend faithfully and even signed up for the afternoons on the square. I am glad you said that you are going to continue the boot camp after the holidays. My goal is to look absolutely fabulous for my 50th birthday next year

You Rock Rocco!!!!!!!!!!!
