Day 20 - askROCCO Boot Camp 10/25/2006

Well, this is where people that really give a shit about themselves and walk the walk begin to see progress. We began this journey with 110 participants and now it's down to 35. It seems that people will spew excuses and then when you take away everything that can hold them back...time, money, not knowing how to, it really only comes down to one thing. Attitude! For all you Boot Campers that are sticking it out, the benefits will follow. You are all showing great progress in the proper technique of the exercises. That's really great. Keep it up!

I will admit that I did miss today but because I had to. BUT I've been coming and have been seeing results and feel so good about myself and the changes that I've seen in my body. I not only look a little better but feel a LOT better. You're right - this is where we'll see real results - so to everyone that continues to come - keep up the good work! For those who are slacking --- what the hell?????

Hey Rocco, the bed was tooooo warm this morning. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law was trying to poison me last night with her cooking...I think my wife decided against the divorce thing after you made her do her first set of mountain climbers and just wants me dead! There was noooo way my stomach was letting me get up. It was also hard to make it there when I had a meeting 2,000 miles away at the same time. Don't worry, I just want you to know that you are still loved! I am flying back tonight and will see you Friday!!! BTW, you are right, I am beginning to see the results ... even when I haven't been there as much as I would like.

Well, I feel for the ones that aren't showing up; it’s their loss. Thank you Rocco for doing the boot camp; I appreciate everything your doing for us.
