Day 24- askROCCO Boot Camp 11/3/2006
I haven't been creating entries because my Boot Campers haven't been coming to the blog like they are supposed to. This as mundane as it may feel is an important part of your training. You need to journal what is happening to your body and mind in order to know how far you've come and see how much further you will need to go. This is about holding your self accountable. So let's get blogging.

I have come to every class ever day I possibly could and I always am glad (when it is over) that I came! I know I am stroner, fitter and happier for working out. Thanks Rocco, for making us make our health a priority. It only stands to reason that we will follow up the rest of the day with better eating habits as the workout makes you more aware of how your body likes this new situation! Keep pushing us and making us push ourselves!!

We can't find your marinara video! Help us out and tell us where to look, Kirsten wants to cook it for dinner tonight!

Ok, here I am blogging. Love the bicycles this week. I would love to do more ab work and maybe some different leg exercises in addition to the lunges.
I am so excited that you're going to do this again in Jan! That means I don't have to join a gym. I come to camp with some of my co-workers which is great because it makes me completely accountable. If I'm not there in the morning I hear about it!

This has been the most incredible workout that I have done in awhile. I have always been an exercise fanatic, but this workout has been a stepup for me. I have lost about ten pounds, and I have actually developed some muscle tone in my legs. I have always had pretty good upper body muscle tone, but I have always had trouble delveloping lower body muscle tone. I love the mountain climbers. The hardest part for me are the pushups, but I am working on it all the time. I am very determined. I will always try to make this workout part of my life. Thanks Rocco for your dedication to your Northern Kentucky family. You are awesome.
